Inspired Course Creation

The course was conceived and created under Brick House Media Co, a creative media, marketing, strategy and video production company based in Northern California. BHMC was founded by Jared Brick, MBA in 2013 in the East Bay Area of San Francisco to serve the local community. The company quickly grew to realize their marketing process was creating and supporting bold emerging thought leaders and thus the development of this program began.

In creation, Jared partnered with not one, but four top experts to create a unique, bold and experiential online course model. It was designed consciously and named after the iconic song by Jim Morrison (#RIPjimmorrison) of the legendary band, The Doors. The song, Break On Through, represents the values and ethos of this new course; all about breaking through limiting beliefs as barriers, and in declaring oneself a leader by stepping into the light of this new role. Jared Brick holds an MBA in Sustainable Business from Presidio Graduate School, and a Bachelors of Studio Arts in Photography degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He thrives on constant learning, thus education continues to be a core component of his evolving work. Jared developed these custom services after completing the MBA program; to better the world through business, as a medium for change! Brick House Media Co is managed and directed by Jared with a core team of top consultants to creatives, that support a diverse set of clients across the world.

GIVING BACK

A portion of each course fee will be donated to Watches for Water, a non-profit campaign helping to build water wells and water treatment products in under-developed areas of the world under Youth Action International. In addition, this course also supports Youth Entrepreneurs, a U.S. based non-profit that’s training the next generation of leaders from teens to young adults.
